Supplier ability to deliver on what it promises.
Depth of innovation and market leading capabilities.
To be eligible, participants had to have the following:
Minimum of ten customers using the solution/service for at least one year.
Publicly available/general release product/services in the recruiting/talent acquisition market.
At least three positive customer references.
